We had a new Worcester Bosch boiler fitted by Combicare and we are really pleased with it. Our old boiler was over 20 years old. It's been working fine for over a year and as Alun said, our gas bills have gone down dramatically as the new boiler is so efficient. The team were quick, clean and very professional. They removed the old boiler and hot water tank as well. Great job.

We contacted Alun at Combi care as we were having trouble finding a reliable gas engineer. We seen the advert on Facebook and took the decision to take out a contract for servicing our boiler. We then asked if they carried out repairs on general plumbing items and were amazed at the quick response we had to the replacement of our kitchen tap and major repair to our downstairs toilet. I was well pleased with the repair and astonished at the price, which I consider extremely good value for money. Above all Anthony who attended was efficient and professional, easily approachable, with a pleasant manner.its peace of mind to have someone to deal with problems when you are so busy in this hectic world of work. I will be recommending them to friends and family at every opportunity. Well done to Alun and his team.

We used Combicare and was blown away by the professionalism of Alun! He turned up on time and with a great attitude! He proceeded to fix and service my boiler with no hidden costs. We Highly Recommend Combicare.

Our engineer, was punctual, friendly and pointed out a couple of key issues during the service. I will be taking out the cover plan with Combicare and I’m looking forward to not having to worry about the boiler breaking down!

I have used Alun and his employees for several properties and their service is 2nd to none. They are reliable, friendly and above all else they really know what they are doing.
What impressed me the most is their honesty. I have used several firms in the past which when parts have failed, they've insisted the boiler is replaced however, Alun informed me the part could be easily sourced and the boiler had a long life ahead of it.
I cannot recommend Combi Care enough especially for their care plan. This knocks socks off British Gas and not only is the service beyond anything British Gas have ever given, the price is just fantastic especially considering everything you are covered for.

Had my Boiler serviced with CombiCare Bridgend due to the boiler losing pressure and basically being over due the service. I new I would likely need a part due to the the boiler leaking water so was preparing for a painful bill.
To my surprise this was not the case! CombieCare came over within 24hrs of me requesting the service call, identified the part required and completed the whole job the following day!
Furthermore as I was so impressed I took out the monthly maintenance plan which was next to nothing for unlimited call outs and peace of mind my boiler will now never go without its service again.
What impressed me even more was the honesty. When I asked if I needed a new boiler I was advised "No, with a new part the boiler has a good few years left" they could have easily advised otherwise.

Alun and the team fitted a brand new Worcester Bocsh combi boiler for us and did a great job. Clean tidy and quick.
